Tonight was Heaven’s Basement’s first time at Mexborough Civic. Not for me, have seen many great bands there and couldn’t wait to see Heaven’s Basement on that stage.
I love Mexborough Civic. Good size stage, great lighting, good sound.
The guys played a stormer at the Civic on this Friday night. Lots of bands have difficulty filling the floor in front of the stage – not on this night, it was obvious plenty had come out specifically to see the guys.
Its been sometime since this gig so all I can remember is that it was great to see the Guys for the first time this year … and even better to hear the new toons they have been working on.
Sorry for the delay getting these on but I have been busy setting up the new BRP … and I overlooked my pictures from a fantastic evening in Leicester where Morph warned us up nicely for Heaven’s Basement.
Last night we were all set to see Heaven’s Basement and Decadenze at Hallcross.
Unfortunately, Heaven’s Basement had to cancel due to a family illness. For Heaven’s Basement to cancel a gig is unheard of, anyone who knows them knows this .

The site has been upgraded to the newest version of WordPress today. This is a fairly major update … and should make the site a little faster and easier to use … though registered users may need to delete cookies relating to “http://mrrobin.org/wordpress/” if you have trouble logging in
