Johnny Fallen, The verdict?
……..Well, it was first night of UK tour last night and as you all know we were hit with the bombshell of Richie leaving Heaven’s basement.
Johnny Fallen stepped up to the plate and with no rehearsals and only a few days he learnt the Heaven’s Basement songs.
I knew it would be strange without Richie last night, but I had high hopes for Johnny too. I’ve ony ever heard good things about him.
We arrived at venue during HB’s soundcheck and it was good to get a taster of what was to come. Johnny has a corking voice, completely different vocal range to Richie’s, but it works
5 bands on tonight and there was great atmosphere at venue
Loads and loads of Cellar Rats were there and that just added to the atmosphere
When it came to Heaven’s Basement’s time, the intro music built the crowd’s anticipation up to a frenzy, we all wanted to see who this Johnny was and could he cut it as lead singer of such a fantastic band?
A beautiful moment where Sid took hold of the mic and gave a little speech about Richie leaving and Johnny stepping up to the plate. Brought tear to my eye 
Johnny was fantastic, all I can say is, get along to a gig and see for yourself. You’ll not be dissapointed.

The Crave finished. Next up Dear Superstar (what a day they’ve had!!) looking forward to Johnny doing his stuff fronting HB
Well that’s a first for me, someone in crowd is blowing bubbles during Dear Superstar’s set lol
It’s time. The intro music is on and the guys from Heaven’s Basement are just taking to the stage. Good luck Johnny Fallen x
Johnny is doing a fantastic job. He is fecking superb. Heaven’s Basement history in the making.

Some very good photos there especially as the lighting was a bit odd. I lik ethe one of Johnny and Sid – the terrible twosome maybe?!!
